Bring Back Challenge
- September Bring Back Challenge (to bring to October Meeting): Lidded Vessel/Urn
- Urns similar to those that can be donated to Kaden’s cause. Click here for sizing information.
- October Bring Back Challenge (to bring to November Meeting): 2×4 Challenge.
- Your turned item can be as simple or as complex as you wish. It must be made from a pine or SPF 2×4. We will award two gift cards. One for novice entries and one for advanced entries.
- Bring in a turned object fitting that particular months challenge, June – November.
- The challenge item for the following month will be announced at each meeting.
If you are unable to attend that month’s meeting, you can text Rick Donaldson a photo of your object prior to the meeting start time.
The entries will be logged each month and members will be entered for prize drawings to be held at our December meeting.
o 6 projects completes – name goes in the hat for a $75 gift card
o 4-5 projects completed – name goes in the hat for a $50 gift card
o 2-3 projects completed – name goes in the hat for a $25 gift card
o 1 project completed – name goes in the hat for a $10 gift card.
NOTE: names not drawn in the drawing for which they qualified, will remain in the hat for subsequent drawings.
Should the TCWT Board determine that the challenge does not have a significant number of participants, we reserve the right to discontinue it.
